Terms of Use
Welcome to Meezyo, a mobile application that turns your prompts into original visuals. By using Meezyo, you agree to these Terms of Use, which comply with the App Store and Google Play policies.
Using Meezyo
You may submit text prompts to generate images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate copyright, privacy, or community guidelines of the App Store, Google Play, or governing jurisdictions.
AI-Generated Content
You retain the rights to the images you generate. We do not claim ownership and do not reuse your creations for training. Generated images are stored securely for up to seven (7) days and then deleted automatically.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Free AI to produce content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited by the App Store and Google Play developer policies. We may limit or suspend access if we detect misuse or violations.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Meezyo offers subscription plans and coin purchases to enhance your experience. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
Coin purchases are one-time transactions. Coins are non-refundable and do not expire unless otherwise stated. All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.
Refunds are handled according to the App Store and Google Play refund policies. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact Apple or Google support directly, as we cannot process refunds through the app.
Accounts and Data
While basic usage of Meezyo does not require an account, subscriptions and purchases are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. We collect advertising attribution and performance data, as well as purchase-related information necessary to provide subscription services and manage coin balances. By continuing to use the app, you consent to the processing of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Meezyo may display ads or integrate third-party libraries that follow App Store and Google Play rules. Those services are responsible for their own practices; please review their documentation when applicable.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated images will meet specific expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meezyo is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms to introduce new features, respond to platform requirements, or comply with legal updates. Continued use after changes become effective signifies acceptance.
