Lember helps you generate images from text prompts. We are committed to protecting your privacy, keeping data collection to a minimum, and complying with the App Store and Google Play policies.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. This includes:
- Advertising data: Anonymized identifiers, device metrics, and impression information provided by App Store, Google Play, or integrated ad networks for attribution and performance measurement.
- Purchase and subscription data: When you make purchases or subscribe to our services, we receive transaction information from App Store or Google Play, including subscription status, renewal dates, purchase history, and coin balances. We do not store payment card information, which is handled exclusively by Apple or Google.
- Device identifiers: Platform-specific identifiers necessary to manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.
We do not collect account registration details, prompt history, or personal profile information beyond what is provided through the App Store or Google Play for purchase management.
Face Data Collection and Use
Our application may process face data contained in photos that users voluntarily upload in order to generate AI-based images. Because face data is considered sensitive, this section explains how it is collected, used, protected, and deleted.
What Face Data Does the App Collect?
The app only processes face data that is included in photos users manually upload.
We do not:
- automatically collect any face data
- scan your device for photos
- access your camera or photo library without your action
No biometric identifiers such as facial recognition templates, face geometry, or biometric profiles are created or stored.
How Is Face Data Used?
Face data is used solely for AI image generation purposes.
When a user uploads a photo, the image is processed in real-time to generate the requested output. The data is not used for analytics, personalization, advertising, training AI models, or any other secondary purposes.
Is Face Data Shared with Third Parties?
No. Face data is never sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third parties. All processing occurs exclusively on our secure servers.
Where Is Face Data Stored?
Face data is processed on our secure servers during the generation task. It is not stored in any database or persistent storage systems. Once processing is completed, the image and any temporary processing data are deleted.
How Long Is Face Data Retained?
Face data is not retained.
It exists only temporarily during processing and is permanently deleted immediately after the generation task is completed. There is no retention period and no long-term storage of face data.
How We Use Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To provide subscription services, manage coin balances, restore purchases, and deliver generated images.
- Advertising: Ads data is used to understand campaign effectiveness, prevent fraud, and ensure the app meets App Store and Google Play requirements.
- Purchase management: To verify transactions, manage subscription renewals, and provide customer support related to purchases.
- Fraud prevention: To detect and prevent unauthorized transactions and misuse of our services.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build marketing profiles. Purchase and subscription data is only used to provide and manage the services you have purchased.
Generated Images
Images you create with Free AI are kept for up to seven (7) days to give you time to review or download your artwork. After that period, the images are permanently deleted from our systems. We do not analyze or reuse your generated content for training purposes.
Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect all data we collect, including transient image assets, advertising analytics, purchase information, and subscription data. Access to systems is restricted, monitored, and routinely reviewed. Payment processing is handled securely by App Store and Google Play, and we never have access to your payment card information.
Third-Party Services
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. These platforms handle payment processing, and their privacy policies govern how payment information is collected and used. We encourage you to review Apple's and Google's privacy policies to understand how they handle your payment data.
Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may request access to or deletion of your data, including advertising data, purchase history, and subscription information associated with your device. Contact us at lemberdev@gmail.com and include your device identifier or platform-specific advertising ID. Please note that deleting purchase or subscription data may affect your ability to restore purchases or access subscription features.
You can manage your subscription and view purchase history directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings. To cancel a subscription, please use the subscription management tools provided by Apple or Google.
Children's Privacy
Meezyo is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have unintentionally collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we post changes, we will update the effective date below.
